三个水稻品种种子淀粉酶活性和种子萌发率研究

Study on Amylase Activity and Seed Germination Rate of Three Rice Seeds Planted in Chuxiong

摘要: 研究楚雄地区种植的3个水稻品种的种子萌发相关信息,为指导农民播种前对种子处理提供数据支持。用25℃、37℃和45℃的水浴处理楚雄地区种植的3个水稻品种,测定其萌发率和淀粉酶活性。结果显示温度对水稻种子萌发影响较大,45℃处理能提高水稻种子的萌发率,在此温度处理时三个水稻品种云粳26、楚粳28和楚粳39的淀粉酶活力均最高;淀粉酶活力与3个水稻品种的种子萌发率正相关。同一条件处理不同的水稻品种,云粳26号的淀粉酶活力和萌发率最高,其次是楚粳28,最后是楚粳39。供试的3个品种均显示在浸种48h后,淀粉酶活力最高,建议水稻种子45℃处理后浸种48h进行播种。

Abstract: To study the relevant information of seed germination of three rice varieties planted in Chuxiong area, so as to provide data support for guiding farmers to deal with seeds before sowing, three rice varieties planted in Chuxiong area were treated with water bath at 25 ℃, 37 ℃ and 45 ℃, and their germination rate and amylase activity were measured. The results showed that temperature had a great effect on rice. 45 ℃ treatment could improve the germination rate of rice seeds. At this temperature treatment, the amylase activities of three rice varieties (Yunjing 26, Chujing 28 and Chujing 39) were the highest; Amylase activity was positively correlated with seed germination rate of three rice varieties. Under the same condition, the amylase activity and germination rate of Yunjing 26 were the highest, followed by Chujing 28 and Chujing 39. Three varieties tested showed that the amylase activity was the highest after soaking seeds for 48 hours. It is suggested that rice seeds should be soaked at 45 ℃ for 48 hours before sowing.
