Research on the Information Performance Appraisal System of Universities Based on Data Assets

摘要: 本文基于“数据资产”的视角,研究并设计一套可操作性强、符合主体感受,适合普通高校的信息化绩效考核系统。依托数据质量平台、智能分析工具和网络数据安全风险评估,结合层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等技术,构建起一套高校信息化绩效考核体系,并定期发布信息化绩效报告,将绩效考核的焦点放在了数据的质量、应用和安全等方面,这不仅提高了考核的可操作性,也增强了评价结果的说服力和可信度。该体系有效推动教育信息化2.0的创新应用和教育教学整体变革。

Abstract: This article aims to research and design an operable and subjective-perception-compliant informatization performance appraisal system suitable for ordinary universities from the perspective of "data assets". Relying on data quality platforms, intelligent analysis tools, and network data security risk assessments, combined with techniques such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, an informatization performance appraisal system for universities is constructed. Regularly publishing informatization performance reports focuses the performance appraisal on data quality, application, security, and other aspects, which not only improves the operability of the appraisal but also enhances the persuasiveness and credibility of the evaluation results. This system effectively promotes the innovative application of Education Informatization 2.0 and the overall reform of education and teaching.
