响应面法优化茉莉花总黄酮提取工艺的研究

Optimization of Extraction Process for Total Flavonoids from Jasmine Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 茉莉花总黄酮具有很高的医药价值,为了充分利用茉莉花中的总黄酮,本研究通过水浴加热进行总黄酮的提取,并用响应面法优化提取工艺。研究发现,对茉莉花总黄酮提取率影响大小的因素依次是料液比、提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度,适合于生产的最佳工艺参数为用60%的乙醇以1∶50 (mL/mg)的料液比在70 ℃下提取60 分钟,此时最大提取率为0.5663%。经优化后的茉莉花总黄酮的提取率略高于同类研究,该总黄酮提取工艺在实际生产与应用领域展现出显著的可行性与潜在价值,能够为相关产业提供可靠的技术参考,有望推动总黄酮提取技术的产业化进程 。

Abstract: Jasmine total flavonoids have high medicinal value. To fully utilize the total flavonoids in jasmine, an extracting technology of the water bath method was used and optimized with response surface methodology. The results showed that factors affecting the extraction ratio of jasmine total flavonoids, in descending order of degree of influence, include the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time, and ethanol concentration. The optimal process parameters for production include an extraction temperature of 70°C, extraction time of 60 minutes, material to liquid ratio of 1:50 (mL/mg), and ethanol concentration of 60%. Under these conditions, the maximum extraction rate reached 0.5663%. The extraction rate of jasmine total flavonoids after optimization was slightly higher than those in similar studies, indicating that the extraction method explored in this research has practical application value.
