竹叶西风芹种子生物学特性分析

摘要: 通过开展竹叶西风芹种子生物学特性研究,为发展竹叶西风芹的人工栽培及野生资源的修复奠定基础。首先,采用性状观察和称量的方法, 描述种子性状并测量种子千粒重,得出优良种子的性状及千粒重;其次,设置4个温度梯度处理观测种子发芽势和发芽率,确定最适萌发温度;最后采用不同浓度的竹叶西风芹种子浸种液处理白菜种子,观测浸种液对白菜种子的萌发是否具有抑制作用,确定竹叶西风芹种子中是否存在抑制萌发物质,再以4个浓度梯度GA3溶液浸种处理竹叶西芹种子,观测发芽率的高低,筛选最适处理浓度。竹叶西风芹种子千粒重1.0 g,最适萌发温度30℃,种子含抑制萌发物质,采用100 mg·L-1 GA3浸种可提高种子萌发率。竹叶西风芹属高温萌发性种子,种子内含抑制性物质,栽培中需根据种子生物学特性采取有效措施才能提高种子萌发率。

Abstract: To lay a foundation for the development of artificial cultivation of Seseli mairei Wolff and the restoration of wild resources, this research was carried out on the biological characteristics of S. mairei Wolff seeds. Firstly, the method of symptom observation and weighing was used to describe the seed characteristics and measure the thousand grain weight of the seeds to obtain the characteristics of good seed and thousand grain weight. Secondly, 4 temperature gradient treatments were set to observe seed germination potential and germination rate and determine the most suitable germination temperature. The most appropriate treatment concentration was to observe the germination rate. Finally, the Chinese cabbage seeds were treated with the extract of S. mairei Wolff seeds to observe its inhibitory effect on seed germination and determine whether there existed substances in seeds that would inhibit germination. Moreover, S. mairei Wolff seeds were soaked in four concentration gradients of GA3 solution to observe their germination rates for further selection of the most optimal treatment concentration. S. mairei Wolff seed has the weight of 1.0 g and the most suitable germination temperature is 30℃, with inhibition of germination substance. Additionally, use of 100 ppm GA3 can improve seed germination rate. S. mairei Wolff is a high temperature germination seed with inhibitory substances, and effective measures should be taken according to the biological characteristics of the seed in order to improve the seed germination rate.
