云南省城市化系统与水资源系统耦合协调状态分析

Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree between Urbanization System and Water Resource System in Yunnan Province

摘要: 区域城市化系统与水资源系统处于耦合协调状态对区域发展有重要的意义。通过构建城市化系统测评体系和水资源系统评价体系,并且用纵横向拉开档次法、专家打分法对指标体系赋权,然后对云南省州域和市域城市化系统与水资源系统耦合协调状态进行计算分析。研究结果表明:①昆明市、曲靖市、玉溪市和红河州的城市化系统与水资源系统处于高度耦合协调状态,而其余地区则处于中度耦合协调状态。②2010年,滇中地区以及红河州为城市化系统与水资源系统耦合协调高高集聚区,昭通市、普洱市和文山州为低—高集聚区,滇西和滇西北为低—低集聚区。③2017年,滇中地区以及红河州仍然为城市化系统与水资源系统耦合协调度高—高集聚区,昭通市、普洱市和文山州仍然为低—高集聚区,大理州和临沧市由2010年的低—低集聚区转变为高—低集聚区。

Abstract: It is highly significant for the development of a region to have a well coupled and coordinated water resources system and urbanization system. Based on the construction of the evaluation systems of both urbanization system and water resources system, whose weight was given by the “vertical and horizontal” scatter degree method and expert scoring method, the paper computes and analyzes the coupling and coordination state between the water resource system and the urbanization system in cities and prefectures of Yunnan Province. The results show that: 1) the water resource systems and the urbanization systems in Kunming, Qujing, Yuxi and Honghe are highly coupled and coordinated, while those of the rest of Yunnan Province are in a moderately coupled and coordinated state; 2) In 2010, central Yunnan and Honghe prefecture are high-high concentration areas of coupling coordination degree between the urbanization system and water resource system while Zhaotong, Pu'er and Wenshan are low-high regions, and west Yunnan and northwest Yunnan are low-low regions; 3) In 2017, central Yunnan and Honghe prefecture are still high-high concentration areas of coupling coordination degree between urbanization system and water resource system while Zhaotong, Pu'er and Wenshan are still low-high regions and Dali prefecture and Lincang’s coupling coordination degree changed from the low-low concentration areas in 2010 to high-low concentration areas.
