创新创业教育与专业教育融合的理论逻辑与实践路径

Integrating Innovation-entrepreneurship Education and Disciplinary Education: Theoretical Logic and Practical Pathways

摘要: 加强创新创业教育是建设创新型国家的战略举措,推动创新创业教育与专业教育的有机融合是培养复合型人才的关键路径。本文通过文献研究法分析二者融合的理论逻辑与实践路径,坚持“理念是融合的起点,课程是融合的核心,师资是融合的关键,实践是融合的保障”的研究思路,针对二者融合中还存在的教育理念冲突、课程体系碎片化、师资能力短板及协同机制缺位等问题,探讨融合的优化路径:树立“创新引领、融合共生”的核心理念,构建“专业筑基-创新赋能”目标体系,开发跨学科模块化课程并实施学分互认,培养“双师型”教师队伍,建立与之相适应的激励机制,构建校政企协同的创新创业生态系统。

Abstract: Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) is a strategic initiative for building an innovative nation, and promoting its integration with disciplinary education is crucial for cultivating interdisciplinary graduates. This paper employs the literature review method to analyze the theoretical logic and practical pathways, Guided by the principle that “vision is the starting point, curriculum the core, faculty the key, and practice the guarantee,” the study addresses the issues existing such as conflicting educational philosophies, fragmented curricula, inadequate teacher competencies, and lack of collaborative mechanisms. To optimize the integration, the authors propose the following measures: 1) establishing a core philosophy of innovation-led, integrated symbiosis; 2) building an objective system of disciplinary foundation empowered by innovation; 3) developing interdisciplinary modular courses with credit transfer mechanisms; 4) cultivating dual-qualified faculty (skilled in both theory and practice); 5) implementing corresponding incentive mechanisms; and 6) creating a university-government-industry collaborative IEE ecosystem.
