月桂叶提取物在H2SO4中对钢的缓蚀作用

Corrosion Inhibition of Laurel Leaf Extract on A3 Steel in H2SO4 Solution

摘要: 从月桂叶中提取的月桂叶提取物,是一种优良的天然环保缓蚀剂,本实验采用失重法、电化学测试等方法测试了月桂叶提取物在0.2 M硫酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀作用。测试结果表明月桂叶提取物在0.2 M硫酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀效率高达92%,在碳钢表面的吸附符合校正的Langmuir吸附等温式,能同时抑制碳钢腐蚀的阴阳极过程,金相显微镜分析结果也表明月桂叶提取物对钢块表面有很好的保护作用。

Abstract: Plant extract from bay leaf is an excellent and natural environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor.In this experiment,weight loss and electrochemical tests were employed to investigate the inhibition effect of bay leaf extract in 0.2 M sulfuric acid medium.The results show that the bay leaf extract has an inhibition efficiency of up to 92% on the carbon steel corrosion in 0.2M sulfuric acid medium.The adsorption on the steel surface conforms to the corrected Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which can simultaneously suppress the negative and positive processes of carbon steel corrosion.Metalloscope results also show that bay leaf extract can effectively inhibit carbon steel corrosion.
