节节草中黄酮的提取及其抗氧化性研究

Study on Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids from Equisetum Ramosissimum

摘要: 本文以乙醇为溶剂,用微波法提取节节草中的黄酮,通过单因素实验研究乙醇体积分数、微波功率、料液比和加热时间对提取率的影响,利用L9 (34)正交试验得出最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率210 W,料液比为1:30(g/mL),加热时间90 s,在此条件下黄酮的提取率为9.9 mg/g。节节草黄酮提取液对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率分别达到28.59%和41.27%,表明节节草黄酮提取液具有一定的抗氧化活性。

Abstract: In this paper,flavonoid has been extracted from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.by microwave assisted method with ethanol.The effect of ethanol concentration,microwave power,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time has been studied with single-factor experimental method.Results of L9 (34) orthogonal experiment show that the optimum extraction parameters areethanol concentration 80%,microwave power 210 W,solid-liquid ratio 1:30 (g/mL),and extraction time 90 s.Under these conditions,the extraction rate is 9.9 mg/g,the percentage scavenging of O2-·and ·OH,are 28.59% and 41.27%,implying that these flavonoids have good ability to scavenge ·OH,O2-·.
