摘要/Abstract

摘要： 推进治理体系和治理能力现代化是对新时代党和国家各方面工作的总体要求。作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,新时代高校安全保卫工作的治理体系与治理能力现代化,对于国家安全和社会稳定的重要性是不言而喻的。因此,高校要按照新时代高校安全稳定工作的新要求,构建一支包含范围广、工作能力强的高校安全保障队伍,并从协同工作机制建设入手,创新高校安全保障队伍建设的路径,筑牢高校安全稳定的屏障。

Abstract: Governance system advancement and governance capability modernization are general requirements on all aspects of work of both the Party and the State in the new era. As an important integral part of modernization of both governance system and governance capability of the State,significance of modernization of the governance system and governance capability of university security in the new era on national security and social stability is beyond argument. Universities should,therefore,construct security guarantee forces of wide working scopes and strong working capability pursuant to new requirements regarding security and stability of universities in the new era and,departing from construction of coordinated work mechanism,innovate university security guarantee force construction approaches to building a solid firewall for university security and stability.
