摘要: 美食在旅游中起着越来越重要的作用,是所有类型旅游中的必需品或旅游资源。根据游客对美食的不同程度的需求,塑造了不同形式的美食旅游。本文以美食作为旅游活动中不可缺少的体验要素为前提,从外国人访问延边出发,对游客的美食体验过程进行观察以及深度访谈。探究出行前期待的美食印象在实际体验后发生变化的时候,如何影响美食体验的满意度以及预期的目的地形象。

Abstract: Food plays an increasingly important role in tourism and is a necessity or a kind of tourism resource in all types of tourism. According to the different levels of tourists' demands for food, different forms of food tourism are shaped. This paper takes food as an indispensable experience element in tourism activities from the perspective of foreigners visiting Yanbian. Participation, observation and in-depth interviews were conducted on the food experience process of the tourists to explore how the expected food impression changes after the actual experience and how it affects the satisfaction of food experience and the expected destination image.
