摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文化建设既是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要维度,也是推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要动力。社会主义先进文化以其特有的作用机制引领全面建设社会主义现代化国家的前进方向、凝聚全面建设社会主义现代化国家的精神力量,涵育全面建设社会主义现代化国家的时代新人。新时代推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家建设,既要坚持中国特色社会主义文化的主导性、提升文化软实力,又要警惕西方文化渗透。通过推进文化治理现代化、繁荣发展文化事业文化产业、注重以文化人以文育人,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家夯实精神根基、增添社会活力、奠定主体力量。

Abstract: Cultural construction is an important dimension and driving force for construction of a modern socialist country in an all-round way. With its unique mechanism of action, the advanced socialist culture shows the direction of construction of a modern socialist country in an all-round way, consolidates the spiritual force for construction of a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and nurtures new-era figures in construction of a modern socialist country in an all-round way. To construct a modern socialist country in an all-round way in the new era, it is necessary that the dominance of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics be adhered to, the soft power of culture be enhanced, and the infiltration of the Western culture be guarded against. Furthermore, governance modernization of culture should be promoted, the culture industries be developed, and the principle of educating the people by the educated be complied with, so as to lay a solid spiritual foundation, increase social vitality, and consolidate the key force for the purpose of constructing a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
