Abstract: This article uses literature data, mathematical statistics, and measurement methods to statistically analyze the visual conditions and physical health test data of students of Chuxiong Normal University in 2019–2020. According to the “standards”, students are divided into normal eyesight with normal eyes and mild eyesight with eyesight. There are three levels of low degree and severely low naked vision in both eyes. Comprehensive statistics and difference analysis of the data of the students' physical fitness test are carried out. The results show that most of the indicators between the groups are different, and the total scores are also different. Therefore, recommendations are made based on the analysis results, aiming to continuously improve the health of the students, and calling on students to pay attention to protecting their eyesight.
