滴灌式教育模式在学校民族团结进步教育中的实践运用——基于对Y小学实践样本的分析

摘要: 民族团结进步教育是做好民族工作的重要内容,是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键所在。新时代,学校推进民族团结进步教育工作要紧紧围绕“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”这一主线,将滴灌式教育模式与学校民族团结进步教育目标相融合,将中华民族共同体成员共同书写的悠久历史、共同创造的灿烂文化、共同培育的民族精神等内容充分融入到课堂教学、课外活动之中。同时,学校滴灌式教育模式在民族团结进步教育运用过程中,还需要注重教育资源整合、优化民族团结教育环境、凸显师资队伍的主体作用和持续推进和完善制度建设,为学校民族团结进步教育深入开展提供强有力的平台与保障,确保其在学校民族团结进步教育中的发挥实效。

Abstract: Education of national unity and progress is an important mission to do a good job in work concerning ethnic groups and the key to strengthening the sense of the Chinese national community in the new era. In the new era, the school's promotion of national unity and progress education should closely focus on the main line of "building a strong sense of the Chinese national community,” combine the drip irrigation education mode with the school's national unity and progress education goal, and fully integrate the long history, brilliant culture and national spirit jointly written by members of the Chinese national community into classroom teaching and extracurricular activities. At the same time, in the process of applying the drip irrigation education mode to the education of national unity and progress, it is also necessary to pay attention to the integration of resources, the guarantee of the environment, the optimization of the teaching staff and the construction of the system, so as to provide a strong platform and guarantee for the school to carry out the education of national unity and progress, and ensure the effectiveness of the drip irrigation education mode in the education of national unity and progress.
