地方高校图书馆智慧馆员的发展与重组思考

摘要: 智慧图书馆的日益发展给高校图书馆工作人员带来了全新挑战,智慧馆员作为推进智慧服务的主体,扮演着至关重要的角色,通过构建其综合能力及素质的分层结构,切实分析并规划出地方高校图书馆智慧馆员的发展途径和重组策略,应在大力引进、培养、外聘人才的同时,更新重组岗位及机构设置,划分不同类型的智慧职责,完善监督考核机制和创新激励机制。

Abstract: Development of smart libraries brings about new challenges to university librarians. As the subjects advancing smart service, smart librarians play a crucial role. Thus, we should effectively analyze and plan the development paths and restructuring strategies of smart librarians of local university libraries by building a hierarchical structure of their comprehensive abilities and qualities. While vigorously introducing, training and employing external talents, we should update and reorganize posts and institutional settings, divide different types of intellectual responsibilities, and improve the supervision and assessment mechanism and innovation incentive mechanism.
