摘要： 乡村旅游富有自然和人文的多元性与差异性,但多为旅游小众目的地,受制于开发条件的制约,其可持续发展往往后劲不足。以云南罗平旧屋基乡村振兴中旅游小众目的地发展为例,针对其生态保护红线、交通不便利、接待力不强、营销推介不足等制约因素带来的发展困境,提出充分挖掘生态独特景观、民族民俗风情、旅游经济发展环境等资源,实施培植乡村旅游文化个性、构建全域性乡村旅游一体化网络、打造“互联网+”的宣传与营销平台、坚守生态底线等实践路径与对策,才能有效推进乡村旅游小众目的地的可持续发展。

Abstract: Natural, humanitarian and diversified, rural tourist destinations can attract a lot of visitors. Due to limited development level and poor accessibility, most of these destinations attract only a small number of visitors. These off-the-beaten-track tourist attractions become niche destinations and their sustainable development is in doubt. Jiuwuji, Luoping County is one of them. Eco-protection policies, restricted accessibility, poor accommodation capacity and lack of marketing effort and other factors make it difficult for it to maintain continuous development. To overcome these difficulties, countermeasures and implementation paths are proposed, including identifying and highlighting unique tourist scenes, displaying elements of ethnic folk culture, commercializing tourist operations, cultivating signature rural tourism traits, constructing unified pan-area rural tourist network, and resorting to help from Internet+ publication and marketing platforms while strictly complying with eco-protection policies. Only in this way can sustainable development of these niche rural tourist destinations be guaranteed.
