互联网场域中的饮食消费机制研究——从“社会人”到“网络人”的日常生活方式转变

摘要: 互联网技术的运用和普及,创造性地将互联网思维与民众的日常饮食方式相结合,使之建构起民众在互联网思维中的饮食信息表达、饮食消费认知、饮食消费方式和饮食消费结构的新机制。由此,民众在“社会人”到“网络人”的日常生活转型中构建出“线上线下”双线环形运动的饮食消费模式。使得互联网饮食消费在主体和客体的互动中形成一种网络自发秩序,并凸显了网络饮食消费的自由独立和视觉审美的特征。

Abstract: The application and popularization of Internet technology creatively combines Internet thinking with people’s daily diet, so as to construct a new mechanism of people’s diet information expression, diet consumption cognition, diet consumption mode and diet consumption structure in Internet thinking. As a result, an “online and offline” double-track circular movement of food consumption pattern has been constructed in the transformation of daily life from “a social person” to “an online person”, enabling Internet food consumption to form a spontaneous order in the interaction between the subject and the object and highlighting the characteristics of free and independent Internet food consumption and aesthetic perspective.
