E幼儿园生活化幼小衔接实践体系的建构

摘要: 幼小衔接是促进儿童顺利进入小学学习的一种教育模式,是学前教育向学校教育过渡的一个重要环节。连续性是幼小衔接实践体系的目标,全过程是幼小衔接实践体系的主线,生活化是幼小衔接实践体系的根本。教学实践是幼小衔接的重要载体,科学的管理决定了幼小衔接有效性。E幼儿园十分重视儿童生活化幼小衔接的教学建设,探索形成了以关注儿童全面发展为教学目标,以关注儿童现实生活为教学内容,在教学实施中关注儿童综合素质的培养,在教学评价上关注儿童的持续发展,适应儿童发展的幼小衔接教学。结合幼小衔接教学实践,形成了一套适合幼小衔接教学实践的管理体系,即一个理念、两个路径、三个重点、四个环节、五个抓手。

Abstract: As an educational mode to ensure that children begin primary school study smoothly, successful transition from kindergarten to primary school is an important link between preschool education and school education. To the practical kindergarten-primary transition system, continuity is its objective, process completeness its principal line, living orientation its foundation, teaching practice its important vehicle, and scientific management its effectiveness determiner. Kindergarten E has always been paying great attention to teaching construction of children’s living oriented transition from kindergarten to primary school. Taking focus on overall development and realization of children’s living orientation as its teaching objective and content respectively, it emphasizes overall quality development and sustainable development in terms of teaching implementation and evaluation, so as to suit their transition from kindergarten education to primary school education. In light of teaching practice in the kindergarten-primary transition period, Kindergarten E has formed a complete management system suitable for the transition characterized by the ideas of “one notion,” “two paths,” “three focuses,” “four links” and “five grippers.”
