Abstract: The Red Culture is an original and high-quality vehicle to carry on the primary mission of the Communist Party. It is a walking textbook, a living example and a living specimen to carry out the primary mission of the Communist Party. In the new era, we must base on the characteristics of the Red Culture to give full play to its important functions in strengthening the Communists' primary mission, such as optimizing cognition, strengthening identification, and solidifying behavior. The Red Culture should be integrated into the “main classroom” of the party school at all levels, the “big classroom” of practical activities and the “personal classroom” of daily life.
