Abstract: To explore the mediating role of subjective experience and social support in the relationship between exercise identification and exercise investment, a total of 600 college students with weak constitution were selected from 6 colleges in Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou by using the exercise recognition scale, exercise input scale, subjective exercise experience scale, and perceived social support scale. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between exercise identification and exercise input, and there was a significant positive correlation between the other variables. Intermediate analysis shows that subjective experience and social support play a mediating role between exercise identification and exercise investment. Bootstrap method tests show that there are significant effects on the three intermediary paths between exercise identification and exercise investment. College students with weak constitutions have a correct perception of exercise value. However, due to poor exercise experience, physical experience and experience memory of those who have participated in physical exercise, they have been reluctant to participate in physical exercises. Involving knowledge system to make decisions change, thus motivating individuals to participate in physical exercise activities through the construction of the chain intermediary model, can provide practical inspiration for the reform of college physical education curriculum.
