Abstract: The “Global Development Initiative,” the “Global Security Initiative” and the “Global Civilization Initiative” serve as the Chinese plans for building a community with a shared future for mankind. As the starting point for achieving this goal, practicing the “Three Global Initiatives” beginning from neighboring countries is the Key ares. Promoting shared regional prosperity through development cooperation, safeguarding regional peace through security collaboration, and strengthening regional consensus through civilizational exchange–these strategies constitute the three-dimensional logical foundation for building a community with a shared future in neighboring countries. China, guided by the Three Global Initiatives as its strategic compass at this stage, is working with its neighbors to jointly pursue prosperity, peace, and civilizational harmony to build a community with a shared future characterized by shared interests, collective security, and cultural vibrancy.
