摘要: 对民族地区851名中小学校长的情况进行统计,分析目前队伍建设存在的问题,以角色理论为基础,提出加强民族地区中小学校长队伍建设的建议:提升角色认知水平,明确队伍建设的主要目标;强化角色机制建设,将队伍建设纳入制度化轨道;优化角色结构,建立后备人才库;创新角色学习方式,提高校长治理能力。

Abstract: This paper presents statistics on 851 principals in elementary and secondary schools in the areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups, analyzes the existing problems in the team construction, and, based on the role theory, puts forward suggestions on strengthening the team construction of principals in primary and secondary schools in such areas: strengthening the role mechanism construction and bring the team construction into the track of institutionalization; optimizing the role structure and establishing talent pools; innovating role learning methods; and enhancing the principal management ability.
