摘要: 穿青人是贵州省最大的一个待定民族。通过田野调查,对穿青人的饮食习俗进行了初步探讨。从穿青人的饮食习俗上,可以看出这一族群发展过程中受到周边少数民族及汉族文化的影响,也发展出区别于其他民族独特的饮食象征语汇。

Abstract: The Chuanqing are a people of unascertained ethnic status in Guizhou Province. Field investigation was conducted to explore their diet custom, the results of which show that a distinguishable diet vocabulary of their own has developed while influence of cultures of the surrounding peoples (including the Han) are present.
