摘要: 随着社会、家庭对“上好学”的诉求越来越强烈,构建科学完善的教学质量保障体系是满足民众对优质教育诉求的根本保证,是实现教育均衡发展的内在要求。借鉴PDCA循环理论的观点,探索构建楚雄州中小学“监测、评价、补偿、激励”四位一体的教学质量保障体系具有很重要的现实意义。楚雄州中小学“四位一体”教学质量保障体系的实施发挥了积极的管理效能,同时仍需要做进一步的完善。

Abstract: As the demand for “good schooling” from the families and even the society intensifies, construction of scientific and perfect teaching quality guarantee system becomes the fundamental assurance to satisfy such demand from the people for high-quality education and the inherent requirement to achieve coordinated development of education. According to the PDCA cycle theory, it is practically significant to explore construction of the “4-in-1” teaching quality guarantee system, i.e. a system comprising monitoring, evaluation, compensation and incentive, in primary and middle schools in Chuxiong prefecture. Implementation of this system in primary and middle schools of Chuxiong prefecture has proved managerially effective, but its further improvement is necessary.
