晋商在“土默特蒙古”地区饮食文化交流中的作用

摘要: 晋商是明清时期影响力较大的一个商帮。在开拓市场的过程中,晋商不仅起到了沟通经济的作用,也将山西文化、汉民族文化带到了其他地区、民族,在地区间、民族间的文化交流中起到了重要作用。饮食文化的交流,是文化交流的一个重要表现。“土默特蒙古”地区,是晋商贸易的重要区域,对旅蒙晋商在这一地区活动与饮食习惯互动的探讨以及饮食文化变迁的探究,可以更好地了解晋商在地区间的沟通作用,对挖掘蒙汉友好交流方式也提供了很好的资源。

Abstract: The merchants of Jin (modern Shanxi Province) had great influence in the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911). In the process of market development, Shanxi merchants not only played a role in economic communication, but also brought Shanxi culture and even Han culture to other regions and peoples, greatly promoting cultural exchanges between Regions and nationalities. The exchange of dietetic culture is an important expression of cultural exchange. The Mongolian region of Tumed is an important trading area for the Jin merchants. The study of the interaction between the activities of the merchants from Mongolia and Jin in this area and the changes of the diet culture can help us better understand the role of Jin merchants in the communication between regions to provide resources for exploring the friendly communication between the Mongolian and the Han.
