双筷制进食法在家庭普及的可能性——以杭州市民的双筷制进食法施行为例

摘要: 2020年3月浙江民生电台向全省发布了“公筷公勺进我家,健康文明千万家”的倡议,本文作者被特邀为主讲人。杭州市有实行双筷制进食法的悠久历史,并且在近百年间有许多生动的事例。文章概述了针对中国“人手一筷一戳到底”传统进食方式改革试行选项的“公勺法”“公筷公勺法”“双筷制进食法”的历史过程,讨论了实行双筷制进食法的家庭餐桌普及的意义。

Abstract: In March 2020, Zhejiang Minsheng Radio advocated a civilized and healthy dining practice - “using the serving chopsticks and spoons at home” - in an interview, to which the author was invited to preside. As a matter of fact, Hangzhou has a long history of supplying two pairs of chopsticks at each seat, anecdotes of which have never been scarce in the past century. The article first presents the historical process of the practice of additional serving chopsticks and spoons as an alternative to the traditional way of “using one pair of chopsticks throughout the meal” before arguing that popularizing the practice of using two pairs of chopsticks for family meals is significant.
