摘要: 教育技术的核心语是技术而不是其他,从技术哲学层面追问技术生成过程具有其合理性。当前,教育技术追问主要集中在教育与技术关系视角,探讨“客体主体化、主体对象化”为核心的技术教育价值。在技术哲学“经验转向”大背景下,研究教育技术生成过程是揭开教育技术“黑匣子”的必然选择。技术跨领域迁移是教育技术生成的主要途径,教育技术二次开发以及专利技术并不多见。无论何种途径,都是从不适应到适应的教育技术选择、生成、应用及推广创新的动态发展过程。本文按照技术哲学研究技术生成的范式,注重技术进入教育世界后的结构改变或者功能调整,力求整体把握教育技术生成机理,对技术何以合乎教育规定性进行追问。

Abstract: The core discourse of educational technology is nothing but technology. To inquire the generation process of technology from the dimension of technology philosophy is, therefore, very reasonable. Mainly departing from the perspective of the relationship between education and technology, current educational technology inquiries explore the value of technology education focused on“subjectification of object and objectification of subject.”Under the greater background of“empirical turn”of technology philosophy, to reveal the“black box”of educational technology by studying its generation process is a necessary choice. Cross-disciplinary migration of technology is the main approach through which educational technology is generated while secondary development of or patented educational technology is seldom seen. Whatever, it is a dynamic development process of choice, generation, application, popularization and innovation of educational technology–a process of adapting the unaccustomed to the accustomed. Following the paradigm of technology generation research in technology philosophy and focusing on the restructure and function adjustment of technology after its entry into the education realm, this paper is an inquiry into aspects regarding conformity of technology to education regulations to grasp the generation mechanism of educational technology.
