摘要/Abstract

摘要： 构建新型农业经营体系是党的十九大根据新时代农业发展新形势提出的新要求。新型农业经营体系不论构成要件还是内在特征都是一个完整的体系,在其构建和发挥作用的过程中,一定要树立系统的理念。从构成要件和内在特征的二维视角出发,以经营制度为统领、集约化为目标引领新型农业经营体系;以经营主体为主导、专业化为手段激活新型农业经营体系;以经营方式为纽带、组织化为路径推动新型农业经营体系;以经营服务为支撑、社会化服务为保障给力新型农业经营体系。

关键词: 新型农业经营体系, 构成要件, 内在特征

Abstract: Construction of a new type of agricultural management system is a requirement newly-raised at the 19th CPC Congress to answer to the new development of agricultural development in the New Era. Regarding both the component elements and the inherent features, the new agricultural business system is an integral system. In the course of its construction and application, a systematic approach should be adopted. This 2-dimensional approach comprising component elements and inherent features refers to using the business system as the guideline and intensification as the target to lead the new agricultural business system, taking the business entities as the subject and professionalization as means to activate the new agricultural business system, regarding business modes as the link and organization as the path to promote the new agricultural business system and holding business services as the support and socialized service as guarantee to vitalize the new agricultural business system.
