Artistic Language: On Intertextuality of Modern Chinese Poetry of the Yi People

Abstract: Composition of modern poetry of the Yi people follows the vicissitudes of their history, reflecting their simple and tough national psychology and aesthetic preferences. In the interactive relationship between image construction and aesthetic context generation as well as creation and interpretation of artistic language, the poetic language of the Yi people manifests a multicultural intertextuality.
