Abstract: In the first two papers, the micro model and macro statistical calculation of linear harmonic oscillator plus space rotor are discussed respectively. Based on the first two articles, this paper first discusses the calculation of the equation of state and state function of ideal gas. Secondly, the calculation of diatomic molecular gas heat capacity and the application of energy equipartition theorem are discussed. Finally, the equation of state and the calculation of state function of stellar pure hydrogen atmosphere are discussed. The stellar hydrogen atmosphere can be approximated by the ideal gas model, and the vibrational energy of diatomic molecules can be calculated by the micro quantum method. The internal energy of state function calculated by the micro quantum theory is more accurate. This more accurate internal energy value will lead to more accurate values of entropy, enthalpy, free energy and Gibbs function of thermodynamic functions. These more accurate state function values will help to build a more reasonable stellar model.
