Abstract: The principle of embracing the world with an inclusive vision is one of the most valuable historical experiences of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It serves as both a worldview and a methodology for achieving China's Second Centenary Goal. The CPC's commitment to this global outlook is grounded in three key dimensions: its scientific theoretical foundation from the holistic perspective of Marxism, the deeply ingrained Chinese cultural ethos of tianxia (meaning all the world under heaven), and the solid practical experience gained through the Party's century-long struggle. Upholding this global perspective is essential for balancing domestic and international priorities, providing a strategic guide for managing the “two overall situations,” shaping the CPC's international image of “seeking harmony for the world,” and contributing to global governance and the establishment of a new model of international relations with Chinese solutions. Looking ahead, the further development of this historical experience requires maintaining the CPC's leadership to grasp historical initiative, reinforcing confidence and self-reliance in advancing Chinese-style modernization to advance mankind in general, and adhering to the principles of cooperation and mutual benefit to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
