Reflections on Diet Education in the Post-Pandemic Era

Abstract: We are now in the post-pandemic era and it is time that we, in the right manner, face three phenomena of the current diet education, realize the importance and necessity of diet inheritance, and identify the subject of diet education. Efforts should be made to compile local coursebooks, develop diet-oriented tourism, offer courses like Diet Culture, and popularize diet education among pre-school children, primary school pupils as well as middle school and college students to help them develop positive values.
