Abstract: ：This paper aims at gaining information with respect to the status quo, existing problems and difficulties of college students with mental disorders through questionnaires and interviews and studying suggestions and possible measures regarding the construction of psychological protection system for such students. This paper comes to the conclusion that colleges and universities should pay attention to psychological screening,strengthen publicity,provide professional guidance,reduce students' stigma, take medical diagnosis as the reference for suspension or termination of studentship,establish psychological crisis intervention system for mental disorders,and attach importance to providing psychological help to families and guardians of students with mental disorders. Relevant authorities should introduce laws and regulations to protect the right to education of the students with mental disabilities,promote cooperation between hospitals and schools,lead the efforts to establish mental disorder rehabilitation stations,urge colleges and universities to set up early warning systems,improve the psychological disorder screening and four-level early warning mechanism,and standardize the“green channel”of school-hospital treatment.
