Chinese Literature by Women Writers of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia from the Perspective of Gender-Review of Chinese Novels by Women Writers of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia by Ma Feng

Abstract: Chinese literature by writers of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia is an important part of southern Asian and even world Chinese literature and novels by women of these regions are equally important. From four aspects-novelty in topic selection, systematicness of research structure, completeness of resources available and diversity of research methods-the author first analyzes Ma Feng’s presentation and comments regarding writing of Chinese novels by women writers of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia before coming to the conclusion that Comparative Study of Chinese Novels by Women of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia is an important creative work in the field of women’s literature of China.
