Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the public cultural service system, the integrated development of culture and tourism has become both an important opportunity and a severe challenge for public libraries. Based on an investigation of the problems in the relevant services of county-level libraries, this article first summarizes and draws on the excellent practices and experiences in the innovative practice of culture-tourism integration services in Luliang County Library before finally proposing service optimization strategies for county-level libraries from the following aspects: 1) deepening the concept of culture-tourism integration services; 2) improving relevant policies and mechanisms; 3) strengthening personnel team construction; and 4) innovating culture-tourism integration service models. Our research has certain reference value for the transformation and development of county-level public libraries and service innovation in the new era.
