Abstract: In the digital and intelligent era, the construction of socialist ideology in China faces risks such as the reconstruction of cultural production mechanisms by data monopoly and algorithmic hegemony, the alienation of creative logic and the dissolution of subject status, and the alienation of technological application under capital coercion. The construction of socialist culture in China must, therefore, theoretically adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. By consolidating the Party's cultural leadership, emphasizing the construction of cultural subjectivity, and upholding the people-first principle, it aims to realize the coordination between technological development and value guidance. Meanwhile, it is necessary to build a development-driven mechanism that unifies pre-value embedding and in-process technological regulation as well as an effective mechanism for the mainstream discourse system featuring “content support–ethical norms–legal guarantee.” Through the in-depth integration of fine traditional Chinese culture with the extensive participation of all people, solid support will be provided for the construction of socialist ideology.
