Abstract: The establishment of a targeted and precise implementation mechanism for online ideological and moral education originates from a systematic insight into the prominent issues and typical symptoms in the realm of ideological and moral education in cyberspace, a deep reflection on the effectiveness of traditional paradigms, and a scientific understanding of the potential of digital and intelligent technologies to enable differentiated teaching. This implementation mechanism must take the rational categorization of educational subjects as its basic premise, the hierarchical setting of educational goals as its action guide, the precise delivery of educational content as its core support, the customization of educational methods based on different groups as its key leverage, and the classified assessment of educational outcomes as its crucial component. The formation and implementation of this mechanism require exploring practical pathways in several dimensions, including strengthening the guidance of scientific concepts, improving the participation mechanism of multiple stakeholders, implementing digital and intelligent technology empowerment mechanisms, and enhancing the safeguarding mechanisms for efficacy improvement. This will help solidify the ideological and moral foundation for the sustained development of Chinese modernization.
