楚雄市乡镇寄宿小学低龄寄宿生的学校适应调查

Study on the Adaptation of Young Boarding Students in Township Boarding Primary Schools in Chuxiong

摘要: 寄宿学校作为寄宿生最重要的活动场所,其适应与否直接关系到学生身心能够获得健全发展。相较于其他学段学生,低龄寄宿生学校适应问题更为突出。对楚雄市乡镇寄宿小学的调查发现,当前乡镇寄宿小学低龄寄宿生不适应学校,主要表现在:低龄寄宿生普遍存在学校消极适应问题;学校归属感缺失;学习的“投入”与“产出”不匹配,学习问题突出;低龄寄宿生自我适应的主体意识薄弱。应在加强经费投入,改善办学条件;提升寄宿学校的管理水平;畅通寄宿学校与家长的沟通渠道等外在支持;建立良好的同伴关系,加强寄宿生的自我教育几方面群策群力,合力促进低龄寄宿生快速适应寄宿学校生活学习,健康快乐地成长。

Abstract: The boarding schools, as the most important activity areas of the boarders, whether appropriate or not, are directly related to the students’ health and development, body and mind. Compared with students of other age groups, young boarders have more noticeable problems. A survey of rural boarding primary schools in Chuxiong discovers that the young boarding students of the current rural primary schools do not adapt to the schools and their problems include: widespread passive adaptation, lack of school belonging, learning output unmatched to input and prominent learning problems. Solutions include: larger investment to improve conditions of the schools, better management, frequent communication with parents, encouraging the students to establish friendship with other students, and advocating students' self-education effort. In short, joint efforts are necessary to help the young boarding students adapt to their boarding schools better.
