生态系统理论视域下的小学管理模式的探索与实践

摘要: 一所学校的整体管理水平是现代学校管理措施的综合反映,其水平质量如何,直接影响着学校的未来发展。笔者以生态系统理论为指导,结合小学教育教学的特点,尝试构建了现代管理模式,并在楚雄开发区永安小学进行了实践应用。结果证明,该模式能够有效调动社会资源,促进教师的专业发展和学生的全面发展,从而实现学校育人环境的革新。

Abstract: The overall management quality of a school is a comprehensive indicator of the quality of its modern school managerial measures that directly affects its future development. Guided by the ecological system theory, the author attempted constructing a modern management model while taking into consideration characteristics of primary school education and teaching and put it into practice in the Experimental Primary School of Chuxiong Development Zone. The results show that this model can innovate school education environment by effectively mobilizing social resources and promoting the professional development of the teachers and the overall development of the pupils.
