摘要: 随着地方经济的发展和旅游市场的活跃,傣族饮食文化也在这一浪潮中发生变化。外来食材的侵入丰富了傣族地区食物的种类,为游客的食材多样化选择提供了保障。旅游市场不断地发展,极大地刺激了傣族地区饮食文化的建构。以傣族传统饮食文化特点和“孔雀文化”整合而成的“孔雀宴”景观成为旅游经济下的民族文化新符号。“孔雀宴”在满足游客旅游消费中实现“食物景观”人文体验的同时还将自身塑造成为文化品牌以实现民族文化的传播。

Abstract: As both local economy and the tourism market boom, the Dai food culture is changing. Intrusion of exotic ingredients has enriched the variety of food in the Dai area, providing a guarantee for diversified food array to the tourists, and the continuous development of the tourism market has also greatly stimulated the construction of its food culture. Landscape of the “peacock banquet,” which is a combination of the traditional food culture of the Dai people and their peacock culture, has become a new symbol of the local ethnic culture under the tourism economy. By enhancing the humanistic experience of the “food landscape” through satisfying the tourists' consumption expectations, the “peacock banquet” will become a cultural brand to realize the spread of the Dai culture.
