高校“花样跳绳”课程思政的价值提炼、体系构建与建设举措

The Value Extraction, System Construction and Construction Measures of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education for Fancy Rope Skipping Course in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 近几年花样跳绳作为新兴的项目在高校蓬勃发展,在当前“三全育人”的背景下,本研究聚焦于高校“花样跳绳”课程建设,系统探讨其课程思政的价值、体系构建与建设措施。作为中华传统的体育项目,花样跳绳蕴含丰富的思政价值;本研究从个人、社会、文化三个层面对其进行了系统阐释。基于高校课程建设需求,从目标、内容、方法、评价以及保障五个维度进行课程体系建设,并提出三项核心建设举措:明确课程思政目标以构建一体化育人网络;创新教学方法实现思政元素润物无声;加强师资培训提升教师育人能力。

Abstract: In recent years, rope skipping as a new sport has seen rapid development in colleges and universities. In light of the current “all-round education” philosophy, this paper studies the construction of rope skipping as a course in colleges and universities, and explores the value and significance of ideological and political education in it as well as the system construction and measures for its development. As a traditional Chinese sport, rope skipping is rich in ideological and political value, which is systematically elucidated in this paper from three aspects: individual, social and cultural. Meanwhile, based on the needs of course construction in colleges and universities, the course system is constructed from five aspects: goals, content, methods, evaluation and support. Three concrete construction measures are accordingly proposed, i.e.: 1) clarifying the ideological and political education goals of the course and building an integrated education network; 2) innovating teaching methods to achieve quiet permeation of ideological and political elements; and 3) strengthening training of the teachers to enhance their education capabilities.
