Abstract: In this work,surface-enhanced Raman scattering method based on silver nanoparticles was used to simultaneously detect Acephate pesticide and its volatiles.Acephate pesticide tests at different concentrations indicated that the limit of detection for Acephate pesticide was as low as 1×10-6 M.Results of detection for volatiles of Acephate pesticide at different concentrations using SERS method revealed that the limit of detection was 1×10-6 M.Therefore, the finding of this study could offer a promising SERS platform for simultaneous detection of Acephate pesticide and its volatiles.
