    Dynamic Simulation of Material Processing System Based on Intelligent RGV

    The paper’s background is B problems of undergraduate mathematical contest in modeling of China in 2018.Through graphic design,the workflow of RGV material processing system is reproduced.Three mathematical models are established to simulate dynamically the loading and unloading time of RGV material processing system.The stability and rationality of the model are verified according to the simulation values,The estimated values of parameters calculated from the simulation values of three groups are very close to the setting values of the system.The absolute errors are 0.02 second,0.04 second and 0.02 second respectively.It shows that the model can truly reflect the operation mechanism of RGV and provide reference for the optimization of RGV operation parameters.

    By deducing the process of establishing logistic regression model,understanding the thought principle of logistic regression deeply,and using MATLAB's own function to write the application,this paper applies logistic regression model to studying and analyzing the default data of bank loans,whose accuracy rate of type identification is up to 81.4%,better than the result of LM neural network.By using program to solve practical problems,it is helpful to understand the method of applying logistic regression to analyzing data.

    A Study on Construction and Evaluation of a Model for Lorentz Curve

    Lorentz curve is closely related to the fairness of income distribution in China.Income distribution has long been the focus of attention of government departments,ordinary people and scholars.Therefore,this paper breaks the frame of exponential and logarithmic discussion of Lorentz curve,constructs a new Lorentz curve model and uses MATLAB to fit data to get curve function.On this basis,three evaluation indexes,namely,mean square error (MSE),mean absolute error (MAE) and maximum absolute error (MAS),are used to evaluate Lorentz curve.Nine mature Lorentz curve models are compared and the results show that the new model is superior to the other eight of them in the three indicators of MSE,MAE and MAS,which makes it highly operable in academic research and practical application.

    The pulverizing system of ball mill is nonlinear,strong coupling and time-varying,making it a complex problem to realize its good control.Based on the existing control methods,the idea of multi-method hybrid optimization is put forward for its production process control.Firstly,the structure of the controller is established;secondly,the structure of the neural network,the back-propagation algorithm and the particle swarm optimization is optimized to complete the PID algorithm parameters adaptive adjustment;and finally,the system is controlled.The simulation results of a ball mill system show that,compared with general control methods,this method has better control quality because it has the characteristics of small overshoot,fast tracking and strong robustness.

    Time Series Analysis and Prediction of Yunnan GDP Based on the ARIMA Model

    Using the data of Yunnan Province's GDP from 1993 to 2017,we use the sequence diagram and autocorrelation test diagram to test the stability of the data.According to the test results,we use the difference method to stabilize the non-stationary data.Then we establish the ARIMA model of time series before carrying out the test analysis.Finally,we forecast and estimate the regional GDP of Yunnan Province in the next 23 years according to the model result analysis.The results show that the model can predict the GDP of Yunnan Province in the next 23 years at a higher accuracy.

    In this work,surface-enhanced Raman scattering method based on silver nanoparticles was used to simultaneously detect Acephate pesticide and its volatiles.Acephate pesticide tests at different concentrations indicated that the limit of detection for Acephate pesticide was as low as 1×10-6 M.Results of detection for volatiles of Acephate pesticide at different concentrations using SERS method revealed that the limit of detection was 1×10-6 M.Therefore,the finding of this study could offer a promising SERS platform for simultaneous detection of Acephate pesticide and its volatiles.

    Analysis of Leaf Pigment Content and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Five Grape Varieties

    In our study,the photosynthesis characteristics (photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration) and leaf pigment (chlorophyll and anthocyanin) content of five grape varieties were analyzed.The leaf pigment was extracted by extraction method and then combined.The leaf pigment content was determined by UV-5500-ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and the photosynthetic characteristics were measured using an LI-6400XT photosynthetic apparatus.SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the correlation,photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthesis rate of each grape variety studied.The results showed that the photosynthesis rate was positively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration,and the stomatal conductance was significantly positively correlated with the photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration.The photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with the total amount of chlorophyll but not significant.Xiahei and Sunshine Rose have higher net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content,and are among the five varieties suitable for local planting in Chuxiong.

    Study on Leaf Epidermal Micromorphology of Five Species of Ferns

    The leaf epidermis of 5 species of ferns of different families were observed and studied by optical microscope.The results showed that there were different appendages on the surface of their leaves,and some species had no appendages;the 5 kinds of ferns had 8 kinds of stomatal types,and they had a multi type phenomenon in the stomatal apparatus,and the stomata were all lower species.The distribution pattern and size are varied,and the micromorphology of the epidermis in the leaf epidermis shows certain differences between families and genera,mainly irregular polygons or regular bars,and the vertical wavy or wavy wavy or wavy shape of the epidermal cells of the epidermis can provide the basis for the systematic classification and evolution of the ferns.

    The relationship between the mutation of UGT1A7 gene and pleural mesothelioma was analyzed in the pathological tissues of pleural mesothelioma and non-pleural mesothelioma.UGT1A7 gene fragments were separated and sequenced in the pathological tissues of 50 pleural mesothelioma patients and 7 non-pleural mesothelioma patients in the people's hospital of Chuxiong Yi autonomous prefecture,and the sequencing results were compared with the reference series of UGT1A7 gene in normal people.The results showed that four patients with pleural mesothelioma had mutations in the UGT1A7 gene segment,Case XL17,XL20 and XL41 all had base mutation at 234676872 place(amplification fragment 401) in UGT1A7 gene,and base C mutated into base T,with a total mutation rate of 8.00%.Case XL21 had A base mutation at 23467979 (amplified fragment at 508) in UGT1A7 gene,and base A mutated into base C,with a total mutation rate of 14.29%.The above studies indicate that the occurrence of pleural mesothelioma is related to UGTA1A7 gene mutation,but whether it is the direct cause of the occurrence of pleural mesothelioma remains to be further expanded sample study.

    Effects of Different Nutrient Solutions on Hydroponic Growth of Succulents

    In order to provide reference for the production of succulent plants in hydroponics,the optimal culture medium for succulent plants Crassula capitella 'Campfire' and Sedum pachyphylium was selected.Taking the succulent plants Crassula capitella 'Campfire' and Sedum pachyphylium as test materials,nutrient solutions of two different concentrations-hogland universal nutrient solution and Japanese garden trial formula nutrient solution-were used for hydroponic management.By measuring the number of new roots,average root length,rooting time,number of new leaves,number of yellow leaves,height of new plants,chlorophyll content and other indicators,the effects of the two nutrient solutions of different concentrations mentioned above on the hydroponic culture were studied.These two nutrient solutions of different concentrations have different effects on root growth and plant growth of Crassula capitella 'Campfire' and Sedum pachyphyliumthe number of new roots,the average root length,the height of new plants,the number of yellow leaves and the content of chlorophyll in the treated plants were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).Both succulents were suitable for hydroponic culture,but the standard concentration of the nutrient solution in the Japanese garden test formula is more suitable for the growth of Crassula capitella 'Campfire' while the standard concentration of 1/2 of the Hogland universal nutrient solution is more suitable for the growth of Sedum pachyphylium.

    Bioinformatics Analysis of Human DDB2 Gene and Protein

    We analyzed gene promoter,CpG islands,transcription factor binding site,gene expression,protein physicochemical properties,homology,subcellular localization,signal peptide and transmembrane region,protein structure and interaction of proteins of DNA damage specific binding protein 2 (DDB2).DDB2 gene was expressed in normal tissues of human body,among which leukemia promyelocytic cells HL-60 and lymphoblasts 721B had the highest expression.The DDB2 gene contained at least two promoter sequences and two CpG islands whose lengths were 109 bp and 267 bp.Furthermore,the promoter region contained at least two transcription factor binding sites of NF-1 and Sp1.The DDB2 protein was a hydrophilic protein composed of 427 amino acids.It was mainly located in the nucleus without signal peptide and transmembrane region.The secondary structure was mainly composed of random curl.It was also found that protein DDB1,CUL4A,CUL4B,XPA,COPS2,COPS4,COPS8,COPS5,COPS7B and TP53 may interact with DDB2.Bioinformatics has unique roles in genetic and protein research.We analyzed DDB2 gene and protein with bioinformatics method,which will provide theoretical basis and new clues for experimental research of DDB2.

    Corrosion Inhibition of Laurel Leaf Extract on A3 Steel in H2SO4 Solution

    Plant extract from bay leaf is an excellent and natural environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor.In this experiment,weight loss and electrochemical tests were employed to investigate the inhibition effect of bay leaf extract in 0.2 M sulfuric acid medium.The results show that the bay leaf extract has an inhibition efficiency of up to 92% on the carbon steel corrosion in 0.2M sulfuric acid medium.The adsorption on the steel surface conforms to the corrected Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which can simultaneously suppress the negative and positive processes of carbon steel corrosion.Metalloscope results also show that bay leaf extract can effectively inhibit carbon steel corrosion.

    Study on Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids from Equisetum Ramosissimum

    In this paper,flavonoid has been extracted from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.by microwave assisted method with ethanol.The effect of ethanol concentration,microwave power,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time has been studied with single-factor experimental method.Results of L9 (34) orthogonal experiment show that the optimum extraction parameters areethanol concentration 80%,microwave power 210 W,solid-liquid ratio 1:30 (g/mL),and extraction time 90 s.Under these conditions,the extraction rate is 9.9 mg/g,the percentage scavenging of O2-·and ·OH,are 28.59% and 41.27%,implying that these flavonoids have good ability to scavenge ·OH,O2-·.

    By using the artificial waste-water and intermittent water inflow method,taking activated sludge from aeration tank as inoculated sludge,the aerobic granular sludge was cultivated in sequencing batch reactor (SBR),and then was used to treat pig breeding waste-water.The results showed that aerobic granular sludge could effectively remove COD and ammonia nitrogen from pig breeding waste-water with the average removal rate of about 80% and 91%.The COD and ammonia nitrogen effluent concentrations of the treatment system were better than the index limits in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry (GB18596-2001).However,the removal efficiency of total phosphorus was not that good as the average removal rate of about 55%.It was recommended that some other chemical phosphorus removal methods be combined with the aerobic granular sludge treatment system in the future,so that the total phosphorus concentration of the treated effluent can also meet the requirement.

    Comparative Study on Assays for Determination of Flavonoids in Houttuynia Cordata

    The accuracy of three spectrophotometric assays for the determination of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata using direct colorimetry,AlCl3 and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH respectively was compared,and the selected method was evaluated by precision,stability,and recovery test.The results showed1) rutin was not suitable as a standard reference substance for the direct determination of total flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata;and 2) the total flavonoid content measured was higher using NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH method due to interference with certain non-flavonoids.For the AlCl3 method,the measurement wavelength was 412 nm using rutin as a reference substance,and AlCl3 method was selected as the best method for the determination of total flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata.The precision,stability,reproducibility of AlCl3 method were 1.47%,0.84% and 2.03% respectively.The average recovery rate was 94.14% ±0.28%.

    Effects of Different Preservatives on the Quality of Centennial Seedless Grapes under Cold Storage

    The Centennial seedless grape was used as the experimental material to study and screen out the preservatives suitable for the cryogenic storage of centennial seedless grapes.Chitosan,calcium chloride,and sodium metabisulfite were made up into the corresponding concentration solution to dispose the grapes,which were then stored in the refrigerator (5-8 °C).The control group was handled with distilled water.The soluble solids,total acid,reducing sugar,vitamin C,rot rate,the rate of healthy fruit and polyphenol oxidase activity index were measured every two days.The results showed that 2% sodium metabisulfite was more suitable for the preservation of centennial seedless grapes under refrigerated conditions.Under the preservative,the decreasing rate of acid content and reducing sugar content slowed down,which reduced the rot rate of centennial seedless grapes effectively,increased the rate of healthy fruit of centennial seedless grapes,and delayed the aging of the fruit.

    Taking the ORL Faces database of the computer laboratory of Cambridge University as the experimental data,the experimental data are processed through the "convolution-pooling" layer in the convolution neural network,and the LIBSVM integration software is selected as the tool to classify and identify the original data and the data processed by "convolution-pooling".SVM parameters are combined with C-SVC model,nu-SVC model and linear kernel function,polynomial kernel function,radial basis kernel function and Sigmoid kernel function.The convolution-pooling processing can achieve data dimensionality reduction and "gaussian smooth convolution kernel convolution-pooling" processing can improve SVM face recognition rate.SVM is more suitable to choose C-SVC model linear kernel function in face recognition.

    On the basis of introducing the commonly used J48 algorithm,Naive Bayes Multinomia algorithm and SMO algorithm to the classification algorithm selection of text categorization,we use Weka platform to select data sets for classification experiments.According to the precision,recall and index combined with other text classification evaluation indexes,we analyze the results obtained from the six experiments,and conclude that SMO algorithm is better than the other two algorithms.For the selected Naive Bayes Multinomia algorithm,the numToSelect value is adjusted and its results optimized.This experiment provides some references for the research of text categorization.

    After computational thinking was put forward,many countries and regions began to explore computational thinking instruction one after another.For the past years some valuable evaluation schemes for the separate computational thinking instrucion at the k-12 level were formed.But in higher education,most of the computational thinking instructions are infused instruction.As for the evaluation of this instructon,the mature evaluation tools or schemes are only a few.The research finds that some existing computational thinking assessment tools are not suitable for the infused thinking instruction of higher education.People need to seek more practical quantitative method associated to the assessment of the curriculum knowledge.Only by comparing the computational thinking level of learners before and after receiving education,can the effect of computational thinking education be evaluated.The paper is based on the viewpoint that computational thinking is a disciplined thinking,and its development needs to experience the four levels-knowlegement points,instrumentalism,methodology,and stratage-from low to high.This paper proposes a computational thinking assessment scheme and gives a quantitative formula for computational thinking level and migration rate.It regards them as the important basis of the computational thinking teaching reform.In the teaching practice of computational thinking based on courses in a university,it proves that education activities have achieved positive results through comparing the two groups of students.

    An Analysis on Characteristics of Regional Precipitation and Influence of Urbanization in Yuxi City

    According to the precipitation data of Yuxi City from 1963 to 2018,the precipitation characteristics of Yuxi City are analyzed using the method of precipitation comparison between urban and suburban areas.The influence of urban development on precipitation in Yuxi City is studied and results are obtained.The annual precipitation of Yuxi City is decreasing slowly,especially after 2000.The trend of decrease is obvious.The maximum monthly rainfall is in August and the minimum is in March.Moreover,the monthly precipitation in the urban area is more than that in the suburban area.Precipitation can be divided into the dry and the wet seasons.Precipitation is mainly concentrated in the rainy season from May to October.The precipitation in the dry season accounts for 15.83% and that in the rainy season accounts for 84.17%.In addition,the precipitation in the urban areas is significantly higher than that in the suburban areas in the rainy season.According to the precipitation days in Yuxi City,the most frequent is light rain and the least is heavy rain.There are more rainfall days in the urban areas than in the suburban areas.The effect of urban development on heavy rain and rainstorm is more obvious.In short,the development of Yuxi City has the trend of increasing precipitation in the city and the areas in its downwind direction.

    Zoning of Geological Disasters in Chuxiong City Based on DEM

    Chuxiong is a city of frequent geological disasters-landslides and debri flows in particular-that cause great personal and property losses to the locals.Based on DEM data,this paper analyzes the relationship between slope,slope direction and geological delimit of frequent disasters with the ArcGIS technology so as to delimit the studied area prone to geological disasters.The results show1) regions of highly-frequent geological disasters-mainly distributed in Shuzuo Township,Sanjie Township,Bajiao Township,Xishelu Township and Zhongshan Township as well as most parts of Xinjie and Daguokou townships-account for 15.4% of the total area;2) regions of intermediately-frequent geological disasters-mainly distributed in Daguokou Township,Xinjie Township,Dadiji Township,Donghua Township and most parts of Ziwu Township-accounted for 36.4% of total area;3) regions of lowly-frequent geological disasters-mainly distributed in Luhe Township,Zixi Township,Donggua Township and many parts of Lucheng Township-accounted for 47.1% of the total area;and 4) regions free of geological disasterss-mainly distributed in the Chuxiong Basin,Cangling Basin and Zixu Baison-only accounted for 1.1% of the total area.

    Survey on Middle School Student Physical State of “Peculiar Minorities” Including the Jingpo and the Jinuo in Yunnan Province

    The study adopts methods such as literature review and mathematical statistics to conduct comparison and analysis of physical shape,function and fitness indexes of middle school students from 13 to 18 years old between the Jinuo nationality,the Lahu nationality,the Bulang nationality,the Jingpo nationality and the Han nationality.The result shows that the physique pass rate of students of the Jinuo nationality,the Jingpo nationality,the Lahu nationality and the Bulang nationality is respectively 100%,98.5%,88.5% and 87.5%.The overall pass rate of student physique from these four minorities is lower than that of the Han students.The overall figure development level of students from these four minorities is equal to that of the Han students but they are thinner,smaller and shorter.The overall level of somatic function and physical fitness of students from these four minorities are lower than that of the Han students.

    This paper is a dynamic analysis of the track and field performances of colleges and universities to provide a basis for improving the physical fitness of school students and promoting the development of school physical education.Based on the results of the track and field games of Chuxiong Normal University in the past five years,collected data are processed and analyzed with Microsoft Excel 2007 statistical analysis software and Matlba data analysis software.The results of the project show that performances of students of non-P.E.majors are better in their performances in the speed and field events,indicating that the non-P.E.majors have better endurance but poorer strength.The paper proceeds to propose that schools should raise awareness of physical education classes,strictly implement physical education classroom density,meet standard requirements,enrich sports for the content of the Cultural Week,strengthen the cultural promotion of track and field events,highlight the importance of student sports performance in comprehensive evaluation,attach importance to encouraging secondary colleges to carry out in-school track and field games and enhance students' awareness of school games.
