Abstract: To anchor the Red Culture in routine ideological and political education of college students is required by both dissemination of the Red Culture itself and practical necessity of daily ideological and political education of college students. It is natural to do so as both share the same objectives, overlap in content and inter-complement in functions. Actual anchoring process, however, could come across deterrents: absence of both subjects and objects as well as inappropriate discourse and role misappropriation. It is thus required that efforts be made in aspects of emotional integration, situation reproduction and vehicle construction.

Key words: Red Culture, ideological and political education, research on anchoring
