An Analysis of the Research Status of Shared Leadership Abroad Based on Bibliometrics

Abstract

Abstract: To describe the research status of shared leadership in foreign countries, a quantitative analysis of 88 foreign journal papers was conducted in the bibliometric method. It is found that the research of shared leadership abroad has not yet formed a stable research team or core journals. The research institutions are mainly universities and medical institutions in the United States, Britain, Germany and Canada. The research fields mainly focus on the leadership and management of emergency handling teams, multi- and cross-disciplinary teams and innovation teams in the areas of medical treatment and enterprise. The research topics mainly involve theoretical foundation research, practical application exploration, influencing exploration and action research.
