Abstract: Before the epidemic, national policies continued to be issued regarding the opening of school sports venues, but the overall opening of college sports venues was not ideal.Since the epidemic, this work has been temporarily suspended under the semi-closed management mode of various universities.In the post-epidemic era, the opening of university stadiums to the society mainly faces problems in campus entrance, policy implementation, and management and operation.This article proposes the following countermeasures for the above problems 1) The entrance gate should establish a “community (unit) + university” double review system; 2) provincial policies for university stadiums should be promulgated; 3) an operation and management model that is more suitable for the background of national fitness should be explored; 4) the university sports market should be developed in an all-round way; and 5) smart stadium management systems and smart sports platforms should be introduced.
