Resource-based Practice of Chinese Contemporary Revolutionary Music Preservation- Taking Nie Er's Revolutionary Music in Yunnan Province as an Example

Abstract: With triple values of politics, economy and culture, the resource-based practice of Chinese revolutionary music preservation is the result of joint participation of multiple parties Take as example Nie Er's revolutionary music. It has been transformed into patriotic educational materials for reposing the national feelings with the guidance and planning of the local government and, with the help of market operation and participation of the public, the common ground between Nie Er's revolutionary music culture and modern values has been found to enrich the modern forms of Nie Er's revolutionary music and create a scene of social harmony. Thus, Nie Er's revolutionary music has transformed in cultural function through “delocalization” and “localization” in the process of cultural construction and has eventually become an indispensable cultural factor in the national governance system.
