The Connotation, Value and Path of the Education Mode of “Second Classroom Report Card” System in the Communist Youth League of Universities

Abstract: The “second classroom report card” system of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities is a leading project to implement the reform of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities, a measure to improve talent selection of the social selection and employment units, and an innovative breakthrough to deepen the work of the Communist Youth League. In 2018, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Implementing the Second Classroom Report Card System of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities. As importance of the second classroom of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities enhances, we have a deep understanding of the “1234” connotation of the “second classroom report card” system of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities, and grasp its goal-oriented value, system standard value as well as evaluation and incentive value. The implementation path of the second classroom report card system of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities can be explored from the following four aspects: 1) practicing the education concept and pinning down the education objectives; 2) highlighting the education subject and breaking down the education tasks; 3) emphasizing responsibility and optimizing the management mode; and 4) implementing four-dimensional evaluation and constructing ideological and political education pattern.
