Abstract: By absorbing, inheriting and drawing on the scientific and technological ethics of Marx, Engels, Chinese communists and fine traditional Chinese culture in facing and responding to the ethical challenges brought about by the rapid development of science and technology, Xi Jinping has formed his own scientific and technological ethics that includes adhering to the people-centered scientific and technological value orientation, following the basic principles of technological ethics, establishing patriotism, and promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature by promoting green technological innovation. It not only enriches and develops Marxist ethics of science and technology, making it a prominent science, but also provides action guidance and China’s plan for promoting sustainable and healthy development of science and technology in the new era, and provides the right value orientation for science and technology to benefit the people of China and the world.
