SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Onfline Teaching in the Context of COVID-19 Pandemic- Practice and Thought of Online Teaching in School of Economics and Management, Yunnan Open University

Abstract: In the spring of 2020, COVID-19 swept the world. Under the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education, online education rolled out in all kinds of schools at all levels. In this paper, the online teaching modes of School of Economics and Management, Yunnan Open University are analyzed as an example through the SWOT analysis method from four aspects: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis, an optimized on- and off-line hybrid teaching mode is suggested to integrate the development platforms, enrich teaching modes, establish online teaching management system and formulate other matching policies.
