摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,对社会生产及人民生活均产生了直接而深刻的影响,国民经济甚至一度停摆,其中餐饮业是受到冲击最明显的行业之一。本文以2020年疫情期间的杭州餐饮业为考察目标,着重分析了杭州餐饮业的经济损失、面临的困难、政府举措、企业自救措施等,并提出了发展建议。

Abstract: Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, social production and people's lives have been directly and profoundly affected. For a while, national economy almost came to a halt. Catering is one of the worst hit industries. This article takes Hangzhou's catering industry during the 2020 epidemic as the object of investigation, focusing on the analysis of the economic losses, difficulties facing the catering industry of Hangzhou, government measures, and the self-rescue efforts of the catering industry, so as to put forward some development suggestions.
